Help us test a quieter room for shared prayer.

Seeds is the first Become Rooted app: a small, private room for shared prayer. The goal is not to create another feed or attention loop.

Seeds is meant to help Christian friends and small groups remember real prayer requests, pray for one another, and leave a quiet signal of care when a request has been prayed for.

Join the beta

  1. 01Open the beta link on an iPhone or iPad.
  2. 02Install Apple's TestFlight app if prompted.
  3. 03If TestFlight had to be installed first, tap the beta link again after TestFlight is installed.
  4. 04Accept the Seeds beta invitation in TestFlight.
  5. 05Install Seeds from TestFlight.

What to try

Please try the ordinary prayer flow:

  1. 01Create a prayer.
  2. 02Open and review a prayer.
  3. 03Pray for a request.
  4. 04Share a prayer link with someone else.
  5. 05Open a shared prayer link.
  6. 06Archive or delete test prayers.

If something feels confusing, broken, slow, awkward, or visually off, send feedback with a screenshot and a short note about what you were trying to do.

Private by design

Seeds is designed so prayer content is encrypted before it leaves the device. Prayer content is stored as unreadable encrypted text in a cloud server we manage. We cannot unencrypt that data - only the people you share your prayer links with can read it. Use care when sharing a prayer link with someone else.

Beta means unfinished

During the beta, we will be making changes to the encrypted prayer database. While we will take care to maintain prayers and eventually move them to a full-fledged application, in some instances prayers may be lost. Consider that as you use the application in beta.
